Problems Accessing Acland or Bates Products
If you encounter problems using the Acland or Bates products please e-mail answers to the following questions to hyau@mcg.edu so that we can work to fix the problem:
- which product: Acland or Bates or both?
- date/time of access problem
- exact error message(s) received
- on-campus or off campus using VPN?
- Internet browser and version (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox)?
- what is the operating system (Windows Vista, XP, 2000, Mac)?
- description of steps that preceded the problem
