• Why didn't my full-text window open? Some Internet browsers have a pop-up window blocker. The eJournal Navigator works best when you allow pop-up windows to display the full-text content. If the full-text window does not open, click on Display Full-Text Once in the menu or How to Display Full-Text Always.
  
  
• What are the "Find It Options" on my Find It@MCG menu? When you click on the button in a database, it will load full-text from the first source available. If for some reason the first source does not meet your needs, click Find It Options on the Find It@MCG menu for links to any alternative full-text sources online or in print.
  
  
• Why don't all titles have Impact Factors? Only publications with an International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) can be linked to the Journal Citation Report Impact Factor.
  
  
• What does "ISSN number does not exist in your subscribed JCR editions" mean? The MCG Greenblatt Library subscribes to the Journal Citation Reports (JCR) for the Sciences and Social Sciences from 2000 to present, but not for the Arts & Humanities. If the publication ISSN is not found in the JCR Sciences or Social Sciences Edition the message "ISSN number does not exist in your subscribed JCR editions" will appear in place of the Impact Factor.
