The New Find It@MCG Button:
Easier, Faster, More Full Text

Find it at MCG button graphic

Find It@MCG is your key to quickly obtain more online full text articles as well as other Library resources regardless of where they may be available – through virtual library databases, on the Library shelves, or via document delivery. With Find It@MCG you can obtain articles with the fewest clicks possible. Find It@MCG buttons are now embedded in our major subscribed databases. This means you no longer need to exit the database to find full text online, to check the Library online catalog, or to login to the document delivery service McGILL. Click on the Find It@MCG button appearing on the article citation and a menu appears with links to that specific article online or an easy way to search the online catalog for the print version of the article.

Though the Library subscribes and links to thousands of online and print articles, occasionally we may not have the journal or year you need. When document delivery is the only option for an article, one-time-only document delivery registration is needed. From that time on, clicking McGILL from the Find It@MCG menu for a specific article and logging into McGILL will automatically fill key information into the order form.

Ovid, Web of Knowledge, PubMed, and many GALILEO databases are activated for Find It@MCG. To use Find It@MCG with PubMed, we suggest all MCG affiliates who have bookmarked PubMed use the library web site Quick Link to PubMed or bookmark the new Greenblatt Library PubMed URL.
